My mom and dad have some of the greatest missionaries in the whole world. They really are like family. My dad and mom loved their missionaries deeply and those missionaries know it. Every month on the 14th of the month, my mom's eyes water as she receives a box of red roses from those missionaries remembering hers and their loss. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful things they did and are still doing for my parents. Now there is a memorial/reunion in the works for April. Thank you.

I thought a lot last night as I was trying to sleep about my political voice. I have stressed over not having one, not doing my part and even knowing what that part is. We have a president who needs our support, even if he isn't who you voted for. I have wondered if my "voice" even matters and you know what I realized... it does matter. It matters to my Heavenly Father and if He is the only one who hears it, then that's all that matters. Not everyone is meant to play a big roll in polotics, but if we are unified in prayer, our voices will be heard. That actually gave me a lot of peace and regardless of that damage that is done or the damage that has been done, let us keep our Nation and it's leaders in our prayers. The Lord will hear us and there is a GREAT power in prayer. Especially when it is unified.

Pathetic, I know. I am just now getting around to putting Kailyn's baptism pictures on here. She was baptized on November 1st. It was fun to have so much family around for it.

Well, hello there. To all who read this post I hope you are having a great day!! What a great day it is. I am FINALLY going to finish taking down the rest of my Christmas decorations and put them away. (I know... it's about tme) Then, I'm going grocery shopping. We have NO food. Then I'm going to rearange my kids bedrooms. Britney is going to move into Kailyn's room and I am going to take over Britney's room as my scrapbook room. I need a room with a LOCK. Then the area where I had all my stuff can now become a great big play room. They will love it. Other than that, I don't know. We'll play is by ear and enjoy this great Saturday. Then I'll head to work. Have a good one!!

I guess it's time to come back to life. Sorry, I've been gone for so long. It has been a very dark couple of months, but getting better. There isn't really anything interesting to catch up on. I'm glad that December is over and I can put last year behind me. We are focusing on moving forward, counting each of our blessings and praying for a better year in 2009. We truely have so much to be grateful for. We are healthy, happy and overwhelmed with the knowledge that we have a Heavenly Father who loves us.

So all that being said... We're moving forward.

Things that are somewhat notewothy:
*I am hopelessly addicted to Twilight.
*Jim is now employed full time at Kohl's as an area supervisor for the Idaho Falls location.
*Our theatre room is fully equipped and usable. There are still some finished touches, but it has been fun to watch movies in our own theatre. Okay... some football has been on there as well. We love having company watch with us, but you'll have to probably invite yourselves, cuz it's too hard to try and invite everyone. Consider this an open invitation!

I can't think of anything else. So... The End.
